PnETCN-R
========

An R implementation of the biogeochemistry model PnET-CN (Aber et al. 1997; Ollinger et al. 2002), with supporting scripts.

Function to run simulations is pnetcn_NewPhenology() in the file pnetcn_NewPhenology.R

A template for importing climate data and running simulations is in
RunSimulations2014-06-11.R

The current template requires correctly named subdirectories with correctly
formatted AmeriFlux and Daymet data. See RunSimulations2014-06-11.R for
details.
